Welcome to Viet Classifieds (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “We”, “Us”). By accessing, registering an account, or using any services on our website, you agree to abide by and be bound by the Terms of Use below. Please read carefully before making any transactions.

1. Platform’s Role & Transaction Liability Exemption

  • Intermediary nature: Viet Classifieds only provides an online space (classifieds platform) for users (sellers, buyers, employers, job seekers) to connect and exchange information.
  • No transaction involvement: We DO NOT participate in any agreements, negotiations, or actual transactions between users. We do not represent any party and do not collect commissions/discounts from transactions outside the platform.
  • Assumption of risk: Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of ad information, the quality of goods/services, and the reliability of partners before transferring money, making deposits, or signing contracts. Viet Classifieds is exempt from all legal liability for any damages, disputes, or scams arising between users.

2. Credit and Payment Policy

To maintain a high-quality classifieds environment and combat spam, our system applies a Credit payment mechanism for content posting activities.

  • Purchasing Credit packages: Users can purchase Credit in predefined packages on the website. The amount of Credit received will depend on the pricing policy at the time of the transaction.
  • Using Credit: Credit is used to pay for services specified by the Platform (e.g., new ad posting fees, bump ad fees).
  • No exchange value: Credit only has internal use value on the Viet Classifieds system. Credit is not cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred to other accounts, and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH in any form.
  • No Refund Policy: All transactions purchasing Credit packages are voluntary and NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not refund unused Credits if you decide to stop using the service or close your account.

3. Advertising Services Policy

In addition to regular ad posting features, the Platform provides display advertising positions for businesses or individuals seeking broader reach.

  • Payment methods: Depending on the process and features provided by the Platform from time to time, the cost for Advertising Services can be paid using Credit, direct payment via electronic payment gateways, or through separate agreements/invoices with the administration team.
  • Content approval: All ad designs and content must go through an approval process. We reserve the right to reject designs that do not meet the aesthetic standards, sizes, or content guidelines of the Platform.

4. Moderation and Violation Handling Rules

  • Authenticity: Users commit to providing truthful and clear information when posting ads or placing advertisements.
  • Right to moderate: We reserve the full right (but not the obligation) to moderate, reject, or remove any content without prior notice if we detect legal violations, signs of fraud, or violations of community standards.
  • No refund for violations: If an ad or advertisement of yours is removed by the system due to a Terms of Use violation, any fees you have paid for that content (in the form of Credit, cash, or bank transfer) will NOT be refunded.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you commit to NOT:

  • Posting illegal products or services according to the laws of the United States, Canada, and the host country (e.g., prohibited substances, weapons, prostitution services, forged documents).
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities, misappropriating assets, or collecting fake deposits from other users.
  • Using automated software (bots) or data mining tools to collect user information or continuously spam ads.
  • Posting content that is hateful, racist, violent, or infringes on the privacy or honor of other individuals/organizations.

6. Account Suspension and Service Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently lock your account immediately, without notice or liability for compensation, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms of Use. In the event an account is permanently locked due to a violation, all remaining Credits in the account will be revoked and non-refundable.

7. Amendments to Terms

Viet Classifieds reserves the right to amend and supplement these Terms at any time to comply with legal regulations or business models. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
